LLMMonitor offers four plans — from free to enterprise. Understand how plans work, what each plan includes, and how to manage your subscription.

Prompt Limits
Every LLM response LLMMonitor captures uses one scan slot.
Example: 10 prompts × 3 LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) = 30 scansScan Limits
- Each prompt is scanned across your selected LLMs — each prompt sent to each LLM counts as 1 scan
- Plan limits reset at the start of each billing month for paid plans
- Free plan scans do not reset — they're a one-time allowance
- You can check your plan usage anytime on the Scan page or Billing page
- If you run out of mid-month, you can upgrade your plan to get immediate additional scans
Scan Limits
Every scan transaction is logged with: user email, action (deduct/reset/plan_change), amount, scan ID, prompt, LLM, and timestamp. You can view your scan history in the Billing dashboard.
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading
Go to Billing in the sidebar. Click Upgrade on any plan. You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout. Your new plan takes effect immediately, and you'll get the full scan allotment for the new plan (prorated for the remaining billing period).
Downgrading
Click Downgrade on a lower-tier plan. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain your current plan's features until then.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Payment Methods
All payments are processed through Stripe. We accept scan/debit cards and major regional payment methods supported by Stripe in your country. Invoices are available from the Stripe billing portal.
