Launch pricing During the launch period, prices start €10 below the base rate and increase €5 for every 10 paying users until 30 users are reached or the countdown expires. Lock in lower pricing by subscribing early.

Prompt Limits

Every LLM response LLMMonitor captures uses one scan slot.

Example: 10 prompts × 3 LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) = 30 scans

Scan Limits

Scan Limits

Every scan transaction is logged with: user email, action (deduct/reset/plan_change), amount, scan ID, prompt, LLM, and timestamp. You can view your scan history in the Billing dashboard.

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading

Go to Billing in the sidebar. Click Upgrade on any plan. You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout. Your new plan takes effect immediately, and you'll get the full scan allotment for the new plan (prorated for the remaining billing period).

Downgrading

Click Downgrade on a lower-tier plan. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain your current plan's features until then.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.

Payment Methods

All payments are processed through Stripe. We accept scan/debit cards and major regional payment methods supported by Stripe in your country. Invoices are available from the Stripe billing portal.
